semiconductor industry.
Our manipulators and docking hardware are designed and
manufactured in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. Most of these products accommodate
a wide variety of ATE manufacturers' test heads, which, in turn, interface
with numerous wafer probers and device handlers.
It’s no surprise that nearly all tester, prober, and handler manufacturers
work hand-in-hand with inTEST. They share their specifications, product
drawings, and technical data with us so that our designs seamlessly interface
with their products.
