Temptronic is an ISO 9001:2008-certified world leader in the design,
manufacture, and marketing of advanced thermal management systems. These
products are used to bring electronics to the correct temperature for
thermal testing. They are used in a variety of applications, from
high-precision thermal device characterization, wafer probing, and MilSpec
thermal cycling to complete thermal test system integration.

Temptronic products are used across a wide span of industries, including
aerospace, automotive, consumer and industrial electronics, defense, fiber
optics, medical, semiconductor, telecommunications, and more.
Temptronic’s ThermoStream® systems provide a stream of precisely
temperature-controlled air that brings electronics to a desired test
temperature in just seconds. These systems are completely mobile and can fit
through standard-size doorways,so they can go wherever it is most convenient
and cost-efficient to perform the thermal test. ThermoStream systems can also
be used with Temptronic’s line of thermal chambers to provide tightly
controlled test environments.
Temptronic’s ThermoChuck® systems are vacuum platforms that provide high and
low temperatures for probing, testing, and failure analysis of semiconductor
wafers up to 300mm in diameter. They produce exceptionally fast temperature
transitions and are noted for their extraordinary durability, even in 24/7
production applications.
