inTEST’s Intestlogic Division Moves to Larger Facility

New location in Amerang, Germany offers increased design and manufacturing space,
promises even faster turnarounds for product development and order delivery.

CHERRY HILL, NJ, February 5, 2007 – inTEST Corporation (Nasdaq: INTT), a world leader in developing and manufacturing equipment that reduces the cost of semiconductor testing, announced today that its Intestlogic division has moved from Rosenheim to Amerang, Germany.

The Intestlogic division is one of inTEST’s premier sources of novel designs for manipulators and docking products. These products are used by semiconductor manufacturers to speed the testing of integrated circuits (ICs).

Among the products designed and manufactured by the Intestlogic division are the popular M400 and M500 compact test head manipulators. Both designs use pneumatic power rather than counterweights, to reduce their overall size and make test-set-ups faster and more efficient. The division also designs and manufactures innovative, tester-side adjustable docking equipment. Docking is used by semiconductor manufacturers to quickly guide automatic test equipment (ATE) components together and secure them in position during testing.

This will allow a more streamlined manufacturing process for even faster delivery to our worldwide manipulator and docking customers. The move to larger design and manufacturing space in Europe is part of inTEST’s global growth strategy, which has seen increases in capacity at a number of worldwide locations recently. “Our new facility in Amerang is yet further evidence of inTEST’s worldwide commitment to bringing the most advanced manipulator and docking products to market, and ensuring short lead times and the best possible service for our customers,” said Dan Graham, General Manager of the company’s Manipulator and Docking Product segment.
