Overview
inTEST Universal Test Head Manipulators are
designed to securely hold and precisely position test heads weighing up
to 1,360 kilograms (3,000 pounds). They are also designed for maximum flexibility,
so you can use them with any of your wafer probers and device handlers.
Our Floating-Head designs give you six degrees of motion
freedom.
inTEST’s fast test set-ups and ease of use help you substantially increase
the utilization and efficiency of your test equipment.
